Shipping policy
At MUJJ Studio, we aim to provide you with high-quality handcrafted products and a seamless shipping experience. Below, you will find detailed information about our shipping process.
- We currently ship within Turkiye and internationally to select locations. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us for assistance.
Caps, T-shirts and other MUJJ Studio products are prepared for dispatch within 3–5 business days.
Knit Lab pieces are prepared for dispatch within 7–10 business days.
Each MUJJ Objects piece is custom-made to order. Please allow 10–15 business days for production and dispatch.
Orders containing products with different preparation times will be dispatched according to the longest preparation time.
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. If you do not receive your order within the estimated time frame, please contact us at hello@mujj.store.
- Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. See our Return Policy for more details.
