DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

1. PARTIES

This Distance Sales Agreement ("Agreement") is made electronically between MUJJ Studio ("Seller") and the Buyer, whose details are provided below, under the following terms and conditions.

2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
This Agreement determines the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the products ordered electronically by the Buyer from the www.mujj.store website, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION AND PRICING
The details of the products subject to the order, their prices, payment methods, and delivery information are specified in the order confirmation form approved by the Buyer at the time of ordering.

4. DELIVERY CONDITIONS
The Seller will dispatch the ordered products within 3-5 business days, subject to stock availability. The delivery time may vary depending on the courier service.(This definition does not include custom-made items.)

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN CONDITIONS
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after receiving the product, without providing any justification. However, the following products are excluded from the right of withdrawal:

  • Used or personalized products,

  • Unsealed hygienic products.

To initiate a return, the Buyer must contact the Seller via email at hello@mujj.store. The return shipping costs shall be borne by the Buyer.

6. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In case of any disputes, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are authorized.

7. MEMBERSHIP AND USAGE TERMS

  • The Buyer may place an order on www.mujj.store as a registered member or as a guest.

  • Registered users are responsible for keeping their account information confidential.

  • Accounts of users who misuse the site or provide false information may be terminated.

8. EFFECTIVENESS
By approving this Agreement electronically, the Buyer declares that they have read and accepted all the terms and conditions.

 

This agreement has been drawn up electronically and approved by the parties.
